Make a change with Resolution Submissions 2025/26
Submissions are now open for WIs and federations to propose resolutions for the 2025/26 process. This is your chance to highlight an issue you are concerned about, and put forward your ideas about what you would like to see the WI campaign on from next year.
A resolution is a call for change on a current issue in society. Once a resolution has been adopted by the Annual Meeting, the NFWI Public Affairs Department turns it into a campaign. Through national and local campaigning, members play a crucial role in driving change on key issues.
Any WI or federation can submit a resolution, as long as it has been voted on and approved.
WIs are encouraged to speak to their federation at the earliest possible opportunity if they would like to submit a resolution. Federations can support with developing the resolution and must also check and sign any resolutions submitted by WIs, so getting in touch early will improve the chances that the submission is successful.
Submissions must reach federations for approval by Monday, 1 September 2025.
A range of resources is available to support members with developing resolutions. They can all be accessed on MyWI here.
