Chair of Education Committee

Natasha was co-opted to the NFWI Board of Trustees in September 2024 and then elected as an NFWI Trustee in June 2025. Natasha has also been elected as Chair of the Education Committee for the 25/26 committee year. Natasha has been a member of the WI since 2017 and has held various positions at WI and federation level.

Natasha is an e-learning professional with many years’ experience in both the education and corporate sectors. She began her career at the BBC, working on educational programming, including GCSE Bitesize. She is currently employed as a Senior Learning Designer at the Open University, where she works in close partnership with module and production teams, as well as colleagues from across the university to facilitate effective module design and analyse performance. Natasha’s specialisms include learning design, project management, strategic development, accessibility, content creation, digital and information literacy, audio-visual production and the use of innovative tools and technologies for learning.

Natasha has a BA (Hons) Combined Studies and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA).

She is an avid reader with a keen interest in history, current affairs, and science. Natasha enjoys music and plays the piano and clarinet. She is also a keen crafter, mainly papercrafts and crochet. She takes ballroom dancing lessons and is interested in educational technology and digital skills.
