- 2 large ripe Avocados
- juice of 1 Lemon
- 125ml Yoghurt, Greek style
- Black Pepper
- Salt to taste
- Peel and stone the avocado and chop the flesh
- Put it immediately in a food processor with the lemon juice and blend for a few seconds until smooth
- Stir in the yoghurt and season to taste.
- Serve in small individual dishes with brown bread, cucumber and a sprinkling of red chilli for a kick!
