Avocado Appetiser

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe Avocados
  • juice of 1 Lemon
  • 125ml Yoghurt, Greek style
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt to taste

Method

Peel and stone the avocado and chop the flesh.

Put it immediately in a food processor with the lemon juice and blend for a few seconds until smooth.

Stir in the yoghurt and season to taste.

Serve in small individual dishes with brown bread, cucumber and a sprinkling of red chilli for a kick!
