Pork Ribs, Chinese Style

Pork ribs can be an economical cut of meat and is a good source of protein

Ingredients

  • Pork Ribs according to the number of people

For the Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 150ml Vinegar
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 75ml Worcester Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 2 tsp Paprika Pepper
  • Sesame Seeds for garnish

Method

  1. Place pork ribs in an overnproof dish
  2. Set oven Gas 2 150C
  3. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a suacepan and heat gently
  4. Pour over the ribs, cover and bake in a slow oven for 3 hours
  5. Serve immediately with rice, noodles or salad

Tip

The sauce is sufficient for up to 4 people, for more just multiply up
