- 100g Puff Pastry
- 50g skinned Tomatoes
- 1 chopped hard boiled Egg
- 300g white Fish lightly cooked
- little White Sauce
- 1 spring Onion or Chives (optional) chopped
- Mix lightly cooked fish, sauce and egg and chopped onion.
- Season well.
- Place in a dish topped with a layer of sliced tomato.
- Cover with pastry.
- Brush pastry with egg and bake in a very hot oven at 2200C, Mark 8 for 30 minutes.
