Babbacombe Pie


  • 100g Puff Pastry
  • 50g skinned Tomatoes
  • 1 chopped hard boiled Egg
  • Seasoning
  • 300g white Fish lightly cooked
  • little White Sauce
  • 1 spring Onion or Chives (optional) chopped


  1. Mix lightly cooked fish, sauce and egg and chopped onion.
  2. Season well.
  3. Place in a dish topped with a layer of sliced tomato.
  4. Cover with pastry.
  5. Brush pastry with egg and bake in a very hot oven at 2200C, Mark 8 for 30 minutes.
