Summer Fruit Salad
A colourful and attractive fruit salad never fails to be perfect for any occasion. Use as many fruits as possible to increase variety and gain your 5 A Day!
- 1 Banana, sliced
- 1 Apple, sliced
- 1 Orange segmented
- 4 Strawberries, quartered if large
- 10 Grapes, halved
- 1 Kiwi Fruit, sliced
- 100ml Unsweetened Orange Juice
- Wash the fruit.
- Prepare the fruit and place into a large serving dish.
- Add orange juice
Use a selection of fresh fruit in season and vary according to what is available.
To prevent the apple and banana slices going brown place in the fruit juice or squeeze lemon juice over them as soon as possible.
