Caramelised Apples

Another quick and simple recipe but always tasty

Serves: 4


  • 4 Granny Smith Apple, each cut into 8 pieces
  • 4 tablespoon Icing Sugar


  1. Heat pan, sieve the icing sugar into the hot pan and allow to caramelise to golden brown
  2. Tip in the apples and turn into the pan for a few minutes until warmed through and caramel coloured
  3. Serve with Cream


In the autumn locally grown Coxs Orange Pippin is the perfect apple to use in this recipe, as the flavour is perfect
