Caramelised Apples
Another quick and simple recipe but always tasty
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 4 Granny Smith Apple, each cut into 8 pieces
- 4 tablespoon Icing Sugar
Method
- Heat pan, sieve the icing sugar into the hot pan and allow to caramelise to golden brown
- Tip in the apples and turn into the pan for a few minutes until warmed through and caramel coloured
- Serve with Cream
