Mixed berry smoothie

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 100g strawberries
  • 100g raspberries
  • 100g blueberries
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 100ml orange juice
  • 300ml low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon runny honey

Method

Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Serve immediately.
