Pork Ribs, Chinese Style
Ingredients
- Pork Ribs according to the number of people
For the Sauce:
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 150ml Vinegar
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 75ml Worcester Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Mustard Powder
- 2 tsp Paprika Pepper
- Sesame Seeds for garnish
Method
Place pork ribs in an overnproof dish.
Set oven Gas 2 150C.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a suacepan and heat gently.
Pour over the ribs, cover and bake in a slow oven for 3 hours.
Serve immediately with rice, noodles or salad.
Tip
The sauce is sufficient for up to 4 people, for more just multiply up
