Mulberry Jam
Ingredients
- 1kg Mulberries
- 1 Lemon
- 750g Sugar
Method
Rinse the mulberries carefully and gently so that no juice is lost.
Put into a pan and simmer until soft.
Add the grated lemon rind and lemon juice and stir in the sugar over low heat until dissolved.
Boil hard to setting point, pour into hot jars and cover.
