Summer Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Banana, sliced
- 1 Apple, sliced
- 1 Orange segmented
- 4 Strawberries, quartered if large
- 10 Grapes, halved
- 1 Kiwi Fruit, sliced
- 100ml Unsweetened Orange Juice
Method
Wash the fruit.
Prepare the fruit and place into a large serving dish.
Add orange juice.
Tips:
- Use a selection of fresh fruit in season and vary according to what is available.
- To prevent the apple and banana slices going brown place in the fruit juice or squeeze lemon juice over them as soon as possible.
