Summer Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • 1 Apple, sliced
  • 1 Orange segmented
  • 4 Strawberries, quartered if large
  • 10 Grapes, halved
  • 1 Kiwi Fruit, sliced
  • 100ml Unsweetened Orange Juice

Method

Wash the fruit.

Prepare the fruit and place into a large serving dish.

Add orange juice.

Tips:

  • Use a selection of fresh fruit in season and vary according to what is available.
  • To prevent the apple and banana slices going brown place in the fruit juice or squeeze lemon juice over them as soon as possible.
