Ice Cream with Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
- 75g Moist Brown Sugar
- 25g Butter
- 2 lev tbsp Golden Syrup
- 4 tbsp Evaporated Milk
- Ice cream to serve
Method
Place sugar in a small saucepan, add the syrup, butter and evaporated milk.
Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until smooth and blended.
Serve hot or cold with ice cream.
