Me, Myself and WI

The WI has an outstanding reputation for supporting members during difficult times and today’s situation is no exception. We are exceptionally proud to learn of the positive, motivational and inspirational ways in which members are supporting one another, both within their WIs and with fellow members across the country.

To coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week (9 - 15 May), for the second year running, we launched the Me, Myself and WI initiative, a programme that aims to help members easily recognise ways in which they can support their mental and physical health.

Now the Me, Myself and WI event has finished we would like to gather some feedback. We love to hear from our members about what has worked and what members would like to see in the future. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey.

If you are a member please fill in this survey.

If anyone who is not a member interacted with the event please complete this form.

Simply click the petals below to discover a range of resources, information, projects, and activities, all brought together to help raise awareness of the importance of prioritising your mental health and wellbeing. These resources also reflect on this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week theme of loneliness by offering sources of information and practical steps we can take to address it.

While tackling loneliness has always been part of the WI’s ethos, members brought it to the forefront of WI’s national campaigning agenda with the launch of our Link Together to Alleviate Loneliness campaign in 2017. You can read more about the campaign here
