Mixed Bean & Corn Salad

A colourful quick salad full of fibre and taste.


  • 17g Cooked French/Runner Beans, sliced
  • 200g Cannellini Beans Cooked/Tinned, drained
  • 200g Red Kidney Beans Cooked/Tinned, drained
  • 200g Sweetcorn kernels Cooked/Tinned, drained
  • 2 small inside stalks Celery, finely chopped
  • 1 small Red Pepper, diced
  • 1/2 Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Dressing


Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, gently toss with the dressing an serve with crusty bread.
