Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 4 Unwaxed Lemons
  • 175g Sugar
  • 500ml Water

Method

Roughly chop the lemons and blend with 100g sugar and 500ml water.

Strain into a jug and return the pulp to the blender.

Add the rest (75g) of the sugar and another 500ml water and blend again.

Strain into a jug and blend the 2 lots of juice.

Add ice and serve.
