Lemonade

On a hot day, nothing beats fresh home made lemonade.

Ingredients

  • 4 Unwaxed Lemons
  • 175g Sugar
  • 500ml Water

Method

  1. Roughly chop the lemons and blend with 100g sugar and 500ml water.
  2. Strain into a jug and return the pulp to the blender.
  3. Add the rest (75g) of the sugar and another 500ml water and blend again.
  4. Strain into a jug and blend the 2 lots of juice.
  5. Add ice and serve.
