On a hot day, nothing beats fresh home made lemonade.
- 4 Unwaxed Lemons
- 175g Sugar
- 500ml Water
- Roughly chop the lemons and blend with 100g sugar and 500ml water.
- Strain into a jug and return the pulp to the blender.
- Add the rest (75g) of the sugar and another 500ml water and blend again.
- Strain into a jug and blend the 2 lots of juice.
- Add ice and serve.
