Fresh Fruit Squash
Ingredients
- 4 Grapefruit or 6-8 Oranges and Lemons - or a mixture of the three
- 25g Citric Acid
- 2g Tartaric Acid
- 1 small tsp Epsom Salts
- 900g Granulated Sugar
- 1 3/4 Litres Cold Water
Method
Mince fruit and add the 2 acids and Epsom Salts.
Stir in the sugar and then the water. Let it stand for 2 - 4hrs giving an occasional stir.
Strain and bottle. Dilute to taste.
Will keep for up to 1 month if stored in the fridge
