Ice Cream with Fudge Sauce

This is the recipe when you just can't resist the urge for something rich and sweet!


  • 75g Moist Brown Sugar
  • 25g Butter
  • 2 lev tbsp Golden Syrup
  • 4 tbsp Evaporated Milk
  • Ice cream to serve


  1. Place sugar in a small saucepan, add the syrup, butter and evaporated milk.
  2. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until smooth and blended.
  3. Serve hot or cold with ice cream
