Ice Cream with Fudge Sauce
This is the recipe when you just can't resist the urge for something rich and sweet!
- 75g Moist Brown Sugar
- 25g Butter
- 2 lev tbsp Golden Syrup
- 4 tbsp Evaporated Milk
- Ice cream to serve
- Place sugar in a small saucepan, add the syrup, butter and evaporated milk.
- Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until smooth and blended.
- Serve hot or cold with ice cream
