Norfolk Bus Forum

The Norfolk Bus Forum is the place where Bus Users, Bus Operators and Norfolk County Council meet, four times a year, to listen to each other and discuss common issues.

Norfolk County Council and all Norfolk’s public transport operators are committed to making your journey on public transport as accessible and easy to use as possible. Click below for much more information:

ACCESSIBILITY

Chaired by NFWI, there are always at least two WI members present at NBF, but at the Annual Public Meeting there is room for many more people, and we would like to hear from all parts of Norfolk. The WI can be of great help, giving accurate and detailed feedback on what it is like to use buses all across this county. Suggestions for forum discussion items welcome!

Issues users might want to raise: accessibility, timetables, reliability, routes, bus stops. Anything of interest to Bus Users. Whilst specific complaints should go first to the Bus Operator, and then to Bus Users UK, the NBF is lucky to have the National Vice Chair of Bus Users UK sitting on the Forum and  following up on the "Your Bus Matters" events.
