CITRUS ICED TEA
To make it into a more interesting punch add dark rum and soda.
6 fruit teabags
6 large sprigs of mint
60 ml (4 tablespoons) honey
2 pints boiling water
zest and juice of 2 large oranges
zest and juice of 1 lemon
zest and juice of 2 limes
