Plum and hazelnut crumble

Ingredients:

115g (4 oz) plain flour
55g (2 oz) Flora pro.activ spread
25g (1 oz) light demerara sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
55g (2 oz) blanched hazelnuts, halved
675g (1½ lb) plums, halved and stones removed
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons clear honey
Natural low fat yoghurt, to serve

Method:

  1. Put the flour into a mixing bowl and fork in the Flora pro.activ spread. Stir in the sugar, cinnamon and hazelnuts.
  2. Arrange the plums in a shallow ovenproof dish. Mix together the orange juice and honey and pour over the plums.
  3. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, 350°F, Gas 4 for 30-40 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
  5. Serve with yoghurt.
