Through the launch of our new environment projects and this conference, the WI will help make a difference in communities across England and Wales and enable us to make important changes to our lifestyles.”
The Minister for Climate Change and the Environment, Elliot Morley, MP said: "I'm very proud to have been asked to speak at the NFWI's conference dealing with climate change and global warning.

Projects for a Healthy Planet include a number of practical environment projects for WI members and their communities; covering a wide range of topics including car sharing to reduce car use, reducing household energy consumption, composting to promote sustainability and reducing household waste. |
