Chocolate amaretti pudding

Ingredients:

125g/5oz dark chocolate
125g/5oz unsalted butter
3 large eggs
35g/1½oz plain flour
125g/5oz caster sugar
35-40g/approx 1½oz amaretti biscuits,crushed
a little extra butter and sugar for lining
Chocolate Amaretti Puddin
Method:

  1. Pre heat oven to gas mark 5/190C fan 170C/375F
  2. Butter and sugar the inside of 4 large ramekins
  3. Melt the chocolate and butter together either in a bowl over simmering water or in a microwave.
  4. Stir the eggs, flour and sugar together then fold in the chocolate/butter mix followed by the crushed amaretti biscuits.
  5. Pour the mixture into the ramekins.
  6. Place on a baking tray and bake in pre- heated oven for 10-15 minutes or until they have risen.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. Hand round whipped cream to serve.
