Method:
- Pre heat oven to gas mark 5/190C fan 170C/375F
- Butter and sugar the inside of 4 large ramekins
- Melt the chocolate and butter together either in a bowl over simmering water or in a microwave.
- Stir the eggs, flour and sugar together then fold in the chocolate/butter mix followed by the crushed amaretti biscuits.
- Pour the mixture into the ramekins.
- Place on a baking tray and bake in pre- heated oven for 10-15 minutes or until they have risen.
- Serve immediately.
- Hand round whipped cream to serve.
