The 38 WIs are spread all around the island and like WI members come in all shapes and sizes, but the one thing they all have in common is the warm welcome you will receive.

The first two WIs were both formed on the same day in May 1919 and have both recently celebrated their 90th birthday. They are Ningwood & Shalfleet and Wootton Bridge.
Waterside WI is the newest and is now meeting at the Riverside Centre in Newport.

The federation is very active holding Art and Craft classes in-house, getting involved in local issues and NFWI Campaigns.
