| The Federation was set up in 1919. The office is now housed in a Georgian building in the middle of Norwich given to the Federation in the 1950s. We have many members visiting the house to attend day-schools, purchase essential supplies and gifts, and to collect our monthly newspaper, the Gazette. The sub-committees of the Federation are extremely busy throughout the year. They offer a range of activities, from visiting windmills and the Beth Chatto gardens, to learning about health, trying a new skill such as découpage or listening to possible new speakers at auditions days.
If you are interested in finding out more about joining the WI please contact the Federation Office (see above left) or visit our own website at www.norfolkwi.org.uk. We look forward to hearing from you.
Sally Paramour.
