
Anne Harrison | | | Anne trained in home economics and taught in schools, adult evening classes and through cookery demonstrations. In 1999 she returned to school to take students through a two-year GCSE Food Technology course. She has also owned and run a family hotel and helped on the family farm.
She joined Bainbridge WI in 1966 and is Correspondence Secretary and a past President. In North Yorkshire West Federation she serves on the Home Economics & Craft and Membership Committees and is a WI Adviser and Cookery & Presentation Judge. An NFWI Trustee since 2001, Anne is a Director of WI Enterprises, Chair of the Denman College Committee and an NFWI Vice-chair.
In her free time she enjoys flower arranging and organising flower festivals and, with her husband’s help, loves looking after their half-acre garden.
