Cancellation policy

Cancellations
When you apply for a course online, you can cancel your application at anytime in the first seven days after placing it and for any reason without incurring any charges. If we have already raised the charge against your credit card, you will receive a full refund.

Subsequent to this period of grace, the following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation up to eight weeks before course start date
Forfeit deposit of £50

Cancellation eight to six weeks before course start date
Forfeit 50% of total course fee

Cancellation six to four weeks before course start date
Forfeit 75% of total course fee

Cancellation four to two weeks before course start date
Forfeit 90% of total course fee

Cancellation within 2 weeks of course start date
Forfeit full fee

All monies paid will be refunded in full if it is necessary for the College to cancel a course.

Insurance
Information on CancelSure Insurance will be sent to you with your confirmation letter should you wish to insure against cancellation. Please also check your own insurance policy to see whether you are covered against such an event.
Late arrivals
No reductions or refunds are available for students arriving late or having to leave their course early.
How to cancel
Phone the Denman College Office as soon as possible, and send a follow-up letter of confirmation.
