Craft has always played an important role in the WI. WI members are known for their excellence in craft skills and are instrumental in keeping many crafts alive today. We offer members the chance to develop  existing skills or learn new ones. For craft projects you can do at home please visit our Craft Projects page.

The NFWI is working with The Crafts Council and the UK Hand Knitting Association to help teach young people to knit.
