Visiting East Kent? Light lunches,cream teas and much more is offered by the WI members of the East Kent Federation - all up to the standards one would expect from the WI.

Catering for Outside Groups
A number of local Women's Institutes offer catering to parties visiting their areas. Standards are high and prices are very competitive so please contact them to discuss your requirements.

Catering requirements can also be handled by our Hospitality Committee through the Federation Office.

Barham-w-Kingston WI: Barham Village Hall between Canterbury and Dover. Ploughman’s lunches, plain or cream teas. Contact: Mrs Ros Browne, Tel. 01227 709263 or Kay Crouch, Tel. 01227 831898. Facilities: Disabled visitors very welcome, free coach and car parking.

Brenzett & District WI: Brenzett Village Hall, Romney Marsh. Cream teas with cakes £4 per head (not Sundays). Contact: Miss E Parr, Tel. 01797 344682. Facilities: Disabled visitors very welcome, no steps, ample parking for coaches and cars.

Kennington WI: The WI Hall, Faversham Rd, Kennington, Ashford. Lunches and teas. Contact: Doreen Barnes, Tel. 01233 628721. Facilities: Disabled access.

Littlebourne WI: Memorial Hall, Littlebourne, Nr Canterbury. Teas £5 per person - can include a talk about the 14th Century barn, a tour of the church and a short conducted tour of the village. Minster-in-Sheppey WI: Minster Abbey Church Hall, Sheerness, Isle of Sheppey. Ploughman’s lunches, cream teas and evening suppers - visits to the Abbey Church, Abbey Gatehouse and  Museum may be arranged. Contact: Joy Green, Tel. 01795 873737. St Margaret’s-at-Cliffe WI: St Margaret’s-at-Cliffe Village Hall, Nr Dover. Coffees and teas, ploughman’s lunches etc.- subject to hall availability. Contact: Mrs Gill Crone, Tel. 01304 852050. Facilities: Disabled facilities, free car and coach parking.
