Trustee training
Over the past few years many federations have held training days for their Trustees. These training days are tutored by NFWI National Trainers and have been very popular. The morning includes a basic recapping of the Federation Trustee responsibilities and the afternoon can be tailored to your individual needs.
We require a minimum of eight participants and a maximum of 18; twelve is optimum. Suggested topics include: chairmanship skills, committee skills, forward planning, team building, communication and promotion, federation finance and dealing with difficult situations. |
