On Thursday 23 April 2009 50 members left Suffolk West for Denman. None knew quite what to expect from their courses, but all were eager to enjoy the Denman experience. They had four courses to choose from which included: Visiting Blenheim Palace, the home of the Dukes of Marlborough and Waddesdon Manor, a palatial chateau built for Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild; Silver Jewellery with Tutor Susan Wright; Rambling and Cruising the Thames with Tutor David Fielding and Music of the 50's with Tutor Carl Attwood.
What a fabulous time we all had which culminated in a wonderful entertainment put on by ourselves on the last evening.
We hope you will enjoy our photographs perhaps these will encourage some of you who have never been to Denman to make a visit.
