90th Council Meeting hailed a great success!

There was a fantastic turnout fro the ACM at the end of April. We Were delighted to welcome Ruth Bond, the National Chair, to the meeting - marking the first time a National Chair has attended the ACM.  It was so interesting to hear what her role involves, wherever and whomever it takes her.  Ruth greatly enjoyed the meeting remarking afterwards that she wished she was a member of IWCFWI!  For an inspirational edge, guest speaker Rebecca Stephens, the first British woman to conquer Mount Everest, thrilled us with her story.  And for sheer entertainment, the Great Bondini (Ruth's husband!), delighted us in the afternoon with amazing magic tricks - including sawing one of our members in half.

The Celebration Walks have taken place and certainly the weather was fantastic for the first week.  The whole idea was to join and meet in friendship, which I am sure is what has happened.  Please send us some of your photographs and details of your walks and events.
