In the UK we are all eating on average 20% more saturated fat than the maximum recommended amount, which over time can have a detrimental effect on our heart health

The NFWI have always been concerned about healthy eating and have worked to help people enjoy good food but we know making changes can be difficult, so we would like to help spread the message about FSA's simple tips to cut down on saturated fat.
