| Karen holds a degree in Business Enterprise and an MCIPD. Before joining the NFWI she worked for the Natural History Museum, at first front-of-house in the museum shop then moving into the HR department and becoming HR Assistant. She ended her time there as HR Adviser to the Science Group.
Karen is a season-ticket holder at Fulham Football Club, which she has followed since she was five. At 10 she even applied for a job with them.
