GFWI organises all sorts of events throughout the year. We have activities and courses, outings and holidays, meetings and conferences to name but a few. If you want any more information on any event listed then please contact WI House. Members can also look at the latest edition of Gloucestershire County News or contact their WI secretary for more information. 

BBC Radio Gloucestershire have a weekly slot with a WI from around the county on a Thursday afternoon at 2.40pm. Listen out for some local news!

Hanten and Kimono Class 29 March and 26 April 
Following the success of previous classes in this traditional art, tutor Betty Hebditch will teach the history of these Japanese working garments and instruct you in making one.

County Walk at Witcombe 17 April
Explore the countryside in and around Witcombe near Gloucester. Meet at Witcombe Village Hall 10.30am and return for a ploughmans lunch served by members of Southfield WI.

Tutor Betty Hebditch will guide you through the art of creating Stained Glass Patchwork which can be incorporated into other items.

Denman Weekend 24 - 26 September

Mijas Andalucian Magic 13 - 19 October
