It would be useful if the WI magazine or website carried an attractive poster to help WIs advertise both the organisation and the local WI branch with a blank space to fill in details of regular meetings and venues. Does such a resource exist?

Actually, the WI website does. A full range of WI promotional leaflets, information sheets and posters can be downloaded directly from the WI website, including a double-sided promotional poster complete with lots of space to add your own contact details.
